A young, closeted lesbian brings her girlfriend home to her Catholic family for Sunday lunch, hoping to finally come out of the closet. But every time she tries to speak her truth, her family finds a new—and increasingly ridiculous way—of stopping her.

Lyndon Henley Hanrahan is a Canadian-American-Irish filmmaker who uses humor to explore themes of performativity, queerness, history, and fantasy. He moved to the UK to study at the Royal College of Art and the London Film School, having previously graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in English and Filmmaking. A Berlinale Talent, Lyndon is also the co-founder of Donkey Tail, a production company committed to championing queer stories.
